Aion 2.0

I’ve stopped playing as much Aion as I used to in March and April but I came back in May and I really think Aion is the best MMORPG  currently and it is going to get even better. It’s amazing that this statement is coming from me since back in October I used to judge anyone who would remotely be interested in that game (I am not a big fan of Korean Games). But I played it and it managed to keep me interested for 7 months and that’s a hard thing to do.

Also, patch 1.9 is coming next Wednesday adding few little things but not much content compared to Patch 2.0! Patch 2.0 is huge and as good as an expansion. I’m just worried that NCwest would releasing it a little too late which is a shame. There are big competitors coming and if the content remains the same for the coming 4 months then Aion is going to face a probable slow death (just like all the other mmorpgs before it). However, if the guys behind NC West pushed and delivered 2.0 before September; heck before August would be even better, then Aion is going to persevere.

The game at its current state lacks Dungeons and Options. Basically you have few options (sometimes one or none!) for dungeons. This will be fixed in 2.0 because there are going to be 6 new dungeons.
